Luc started CrossFit in August 2009 with one of his best friends in an apartment complex parking lot. His day-to-day career is a K-9 Handler for the Air Force, but his real passion is coaching CrossFit. He loves helping others lead healthy lives by sharing lessons he’s learned, which might help improve others movement patterns. His goal as a coach is to promote long, healthy, and prosperous lives.

What’s your favorite workout?

HEAVY FRAN (the more thrusters the better. Anything with squats thanks to my God-given stubby bowlegs.

When you’re not CrossFitting, you’re…?

Running with my dogs, spending time with family and friends, or coaching at Trident.

Advice for someone starting or wanting to start CrossFit

Check any ego at the door and just HAVE FUN with it. Trust the Process because this CrossFit stuff works.
