Josh (a.k.a. Team) is a career military officer. He loves physical fitness and views it as a holistic approach to life – physical, mental, and emotional balanced. Josh loves coaching, leading, mentoring, and continuously looks forward to serving Trident and it’s athletes. Why Team Trident? Community, Family, Friends, and Crossfit. Fit. Fast. Strong.

When you’re not CrossFitting, you’re…?

Usually at my kids sporting events…or doing some variation of the SQUAT.

Natural human movement is irreducible, everything can be scaled in CrossFit. Be safe and have FUN!
