At Trident CrossFit, our goal is to minimize injury while ensuring you are get the attention necessary to accomplish your fitness goals. During your FREE introductory class you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and experience the beauty of a CrossFit workout. We take an individual approach with our members and use the introductory class to assess how to best get each person integrated into our group classes.
For Those New to CrossFit : Please follow this link to register for a free BaseLine Class. The baseline class uses all body weight exercises and begins with a warm up, a demo of all movements, the workout and cool down. During the class, you will receive personalized instruction for the workout which allows you and our coaching staff to get a sense of your athletic capacity and fitness goals.
Experienced CrossFitters: Please email us at email@example.com to set up a trial class. Let us know your experience level, where you where previously Cross Fitting at, and for how long.
If you are dropping in, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a drop in. Let us know where your home box is, your experience level and how long you have been Cross Fitting for.
Preschool Program (4-6 year olds): The focus of the preschool program is to expose kids to movement and develop their desire to come back for more. We also strive to build confidence and coordination. The class is 30 minutes, from 8:30 to 9am. A parent must be present for the entire class.
Elementary Program (7-11 year olds): The focus of the elementary program is to introduce basic CrossFit exercises and begin to hone in on proper movement patterns, building confidence and developing skill along the way. We do NOT introduce weighted movements until the athlete has proved they are capable and ready and, at that point, our introduction is conservative and phased. The class is 45 minutes, from 9:15 to 10am and a parent does NOT have to be present.
Class signups are on a week-to-week basis by Thursday the week of. You MUST sign up in advance to make sure we have the proper staffing to keep your child safe and give them the attention they deserve. Classes are capped at 15 kids.
If there is a CrossFit Kids class for the week you are looking for, it will be posted on the calendar below. Select the CrossFit Kids class you’d like to sign up for and fill in your information OR if you are a member you can click to log in. For members, choose “Add a family member” to add your child. Once you have done this once it will be in the system and going forward you can just choose the child you’d like to enroll in the class.
